I went Tasca for a couple of issues with my Ford f-350. Eric the tech writer kept me informed every step of the way.
Brought my wife’s Explorer in for service, and Will in the service department went above and beyond. Will was very professional, he ensured my whole process went smooth and I spent the least amount of time at the dealership.
Brought my 2024 Ford F350 in for warranty recall And my iPhone, not starting the truck the service was great and Eric in service At the truck center was super helpful.

It's clear customer service matters to this service department. Everyone was welcoming and helpful. The waiting area is spacious and comfortable. All of the work done on my car was completed in a timely manner and was done well. I felt like the recommendations were reasonable. Overall, this was a great experience.
Brought my car in for an inspection and found out there was an open recall for my car, so I was told I’d have to bring it in during the week to have the recall taken care of. I expressed my concern because I work 6:00 am to 2:30 pm during the weekdays and am mostly available on the weekends. Needed my F250 inspected and i had the pleasure of meeting Eric DeFalco who was my service advisor. Not only he, but the staff as a whole was extremely friendly and happy to help. The technicians were professional and thorough. They have definitely earned my business in the future. Another shout out to Eric, never do i enjoy having to bring a vehicle to a service center but he really made it a good part of my day.

I brought my vehicle in for loss of antifreeze and vehicle recall. Dropped the vehicle on a Thursday, was not offered a loner car. My truck sat at the dealership until Monday. On Monday I called the dealer 3 times and left messages each time for the service advisor. Also one message for the service manager. I did not receive any response from either. Overall a great experience with service consultants dedicated to customer service and providing timely updates on work performed and estimated completion dates. Tasca resolved an issue with our vehicle and went out of their way to accommodate us in getting the car back. Service performed was excellent and drives like new.
Had a service recall on my RV Shane in the truck department service center above and beyond to make sure all the work was performed. Smoothly always kept in touch. Make sure he explained everything. He’s an exceptional employee. He could tell. He loves his job quality of service I received for second to none. Thank you again Shane. Awesome job buddy.
Overall the techs do great work but the people running the desk are lost. They cold called me for an oil change. I had other service needs and the representative got frustrated I didn’t want the oil change because I just had one elsewhere. After the courtesy check they recommended another $4,000 in repairs. I agreed to half of it. After accepting the quote they didn’t have the parts for new TPMS modules or a 4 year old recall. Then they requoted part of the job stating they forgot to include parts.
Very attentive! Fast service, good price, I recommend them 100%!!!!!!!!! If you need a new vehicle, they are your best option!

My experience with Tasca Automotive Group was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional from start to finish.
After signing the original purchase agreement, I was shocked to find that when I returned to pick up the vehicle, they attempted to change the terms of the deal. That alone raised serious concerns about how they conduct business.

It was my first time dealing with Tasca Ford in Cranston. I have a fleet of Ford trucks that had a recall. I brought down one. The customer service was absolutely fantastic. All the work was done in a very timely fashion. -My salesman, Cannon, was great. Very helpful when someone else left us hanging. He found the specific car I was looking for when someone else told me that car did not exist.
-The car itself is great. It’s been 4 months and no issues.

Tasca and Nick Kane treated me with respect. No pressure, no unexplainable dealer markups. There was no price difference if I paid cash or financed. I was offered an extended test drive by myself. Charley is the best! We looked at an Aviator and Volvo XC90 next door at Tasca. Charley was able to help us with both and was extremely knowledgeable across the 2 makes.
